The shareholders' meeting is the body that represents the shareholders as a group and which has the task of deliberate regarding approval of the budgets, verifications on the management trends and which has a mandate to discuss the future strategies to be pursued.
By the charter each shareholder has the right to one vote.
The assembly meets several times a years. There are also provisions for shareholder meetings for further examination of business units, which are held in parallel to the plenary meetings.
